How We Seal a Driveway

  1. Walk the driveway with you and tell you honestly whether it needs sealing yet
  2. Clean the surface and edges
  3. Fill the cracks first, since sealing over open cracks is the most common reason a seal fails early
  4. Apply the sealer, with a second coat where the surface needs it
  5. Block it off while it cures, then you're back to parking on it

How Often Should a Driveway Be Sealed?

Most driveways do well with a fresh seal every 2 to 3 years. If yours has turned gray, water sits in low spots, or you can see cracks spreading from the edges, it's due.

We seal between May and September, when it's dry and warm enough for the sealer to cure properly. If you book in spring, you get an early spot on the schedule.
